Food and Nutrition Services

Welcome to Spring Lake Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services Department. We strive to provide a nutritious well-balanced meal for your child and create a fun place to eat! Meeting your child’s nutrition requirements is foremost in our minds.

We’re always looking forward to improving our meals and the way in which they are served. It is our goal to offer nutritious entrees along with lots of healthy components to ensure that students receive a balanced meal. There will be more fruits and vegetables, as well as low fat and high fiber foods featured on our menus.

Whether your child has lunch with us every day or only on special days, your business is important to us. We analyze our meals daily, so we know exactly what your child is eating for lunch. We are committed to serving the best meal for the best value.

Dear Parents,

Although Spring Lake Schools does not offer a summer meals program, the following link will provide you with nearby sites that meals will be  served throughout the summer. The site will be updated throughout the summer. Currently, the closest site for Summer Meals is Grand Haven Salvation Army.

Just go to www.mcgi.state.mi.us/schoolnutrition/ and follow instructions. This will provide various sites that all students under 18 years old can get free meals. No paperwork is required.

Have a great summer
